Cast magnesium alloy full headforms, hand polished, ECE 22/05 shape (EN9601994, ISO DIS6220), sizes A_O (site for 3axis accelerometer).

• Available sizes: A, E, J, M, O (circumferencemm.50, 54, 57, 60, 62) full headforms with neck
• The headforms are cast with a magnesium alloy AZ91E – Ingot, density 1,8 Kg/liter
• Resonant frequency between 4900 Hz and 5600 Hz depending by sizes
• The headforms are machine tooled inside, in order to obtain the site for accelerometer mounting. Customized accelerometer mounting dimensions available without any surcharge
• The headforms are cast using models realized by CNC machine
• Surface finishing: polished by hand.
• Tolerance on the dimensions < 1%
• Reference plane marked by a needle on the surface
• Final report with dimensions available on request

• The headforms are cast with the magnesium alloy AZ91-Ingot, density 1,8 Kg/liter.
• Surface polished by hand
• The tolerance on the dimensions < 1%.

• The headforms are cast with the magnesium alloy AZ91-Ingot, density 1,8 Kg/liter according to the ISO DIS 6220 specifications, machine tooled to obtain the site for the ball joint (diam. 2,75”) and the thread M8.
• Surface finishing, polished by hand.
• The tolerance on the dimensions < 1%
• The standard weight is around 3,35 kg in order to be assembled on a twin wires drop carriage of 1,65 kg (total of the mass with carriage 5 Kg
• The small size headforms can be supplied (up on request) with a special low mass Ergal 70 alloy made clamp, because the standard clamps sometimes does not fit this small headform .The clamp can be anywayused assembled on the other sizes.
